oh man!!! my computer keeps locking up!! stoooooopid thing!!! if it crashes i'm going to cry and cry. i need a new one super super bad.

dh used to be in the marine corps. he was there in beirut when the barracks were bombed. he still talks about it sometimes. it was a close one for him.

allrightythen.
so i'm not running until later this afternoon. i'm going to put biofreeze on my legs this morning so hopefully by then they won't still be hurting. i'm PLANNING on going as much over my regular 4 miles as i can (time wise) if i can hit 4.5 or even 5 miles today that would really be great.



Ohhh....Biofreeze! I LOVE that stuff.

I just opened a facebood account, so that I could play scrabbulous.  My wife is slow at her turns though.

scrabulous is like scrabble, on facebook. it's fun. actaully i totally suck at it, but whatever! LOL if you have a facebook, add me on there. i pm-ed my full name earlier, but i'll just post it on here. i'm not TOO worried. i can always ignore crazies. LOL (did i SAY that?!?)

anyway, on facebook, i'm alyssa gaither. and my pic is of me with my eyes crossed (super attractive, just wait till you see it!! LOL)


I can't stand playing my cousin because he gets these three letter words that end up being like 80 points. I'm like..WHAT THE HECK...IS THAT EVEN A WORD!!!! My three letter words are like "and," "the," etc....

My favorite word is adz or adze, which is a 18th century tool.  I used that word all the time when I played scrabble in Iraq.  That's right, to kill time we played scrabble, along with spades, monopoly, etc.

Could you imagine how long that would take between turns.  It would be both exciting and frustraiting.


Lyssa and I are on there so often the game would be over in like 5 minutes.

    I would be dead meat if they had Spades as a game on FB! I might as well just hook up an IV line from me to the computer!
