I don't know how much of my goal I'll be able to tackle at this point, but I'll work out a plan for the next 15 days and do my best to recoup some of the time I've lost. My goal was 8 yoga sessions (no pool access until next month ), 8 bike, 6 run, and 10 strength. I've only done 1 run in the last two weeks, so I've got a lot of work ahead... |
