The best feature I found is the auto lapping every mile.  Have you figured that out yet?  There is also auto pausing, which works really well on the bike when you get to stop signs and stop lights.  Let us know how it goes.

Training sch. when you have a race?  Wondering what everyones routines are when they have a race--how do you adjust your training sch in the days before hand.  (mine is only a 5K this week) so will probally stay with my reg routine until the morning of.

Good morning/afternoon.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I am back at work after my week off and pushing through emails and voice mails.  Exciting stuff.  How is everyone's week shaping up?  Any big plans for New Years?

Do you wear goggles in the pool?I won't open my eyes in the pool unless I am wearing goggles because of the contacts.

 I do wear googles.  They must leak or something because somehow my contacts get trashed.  I'll have to more attention to see if they leak at all.

With my $200-get-whatever-tri-stuff-you-want gift card, I will be getting these.  

I know people who swear by them.  I will let you know how they work.

I have a pair of those and absolutely love them! I got them in response to leaky goggles.... I also have a pair of racing goggles.
