Tim gives us crap for post padding and he is off lurking in some dark forum corner adding to his own post count. He passed me up a while ago and is now chasing after you. I think he must want to be the next king of posting.

Hey men!  I'm joining the team if it's not too late.  I just got back from San Francisco and haven't written up a training plan for the month yet.  Should have goals in a day or 2.

Good morning, gents,
Got a short, early morning run in.  Heading to the Y at lunchtime for a swim.  Today's a pretty light day for me (30 min run, 30 min swim) and will put me back on track for my goals (making up for my blown-off Monday morning workout).

Tim is the Report up yet?

I just did the unoffical one in my training blog.

I was feeling pretty good about my results. My time broke down to an average of 1 lap every two hours. Then I took a look at the results and one of Cannondale's factory team rider's did 21 laps. Crap!

However, it sure would of been nice to have the support they did. The pros would ride into the pit, hand their bike off to their mechanic, mechanic hands them a new, clean, and adjusted bike, and they were back on the course.

No complaints though. There was definately a learning curve. Next one is in July and I'll have a better game plan. The next 24 hour race I'm going to ride for charity, most likely the Wounded Warrior Project.

Tim, congrats on the race.  Well done... you are a machine!

Here's a thought... Bill can be your mechanical support next year and can be the guy to hand you a nice, clean, tuned up bike after each lap.  He'll can even wake you up after a nap!  Waddaya say, Bill?

Well don't beat yourself up too much - just toeing the line there is bravo worthy!!  Plus the pros just ride all the time.  We ride and have to work also

Agreed.  I for one am very impressed.  Nice job, Tim!
