I have 5k race tomorrow so that might help a bit but it dose look like I set my self a very hard goal.

We have the best holiday ever here tomorrow ! It is the first day of summer !!!!!!

Been there, done that - long time ago.  The term is called post PADDING, not post compression.  Especially useful when teams are doing mini-challenge side bets.  Ahhhhhh, Grasshopper.  Much to learn.
