Almost an identical day to yours:

Triathlon in the morning with my wife. Getting together with friends in the afternoon. Going to see the fireworks at night.

I'm back!!! Spent a week at scout camp with my son. Ran/walked everyday while I was there. Just haven't recorded it yet. I SHOULD make my goal. I may be a little short.

Got 6 miles in this morning. Clearly some poor planning on my part though. Am just 1 mile short of my goal for the month. Will get it done.

Go Bugs! (except those darn critters that are eating my basil!)

Ha - it happened to me too only I came up .16 short of my goal!! You can do it...just put one foot in front of the other for that last mile!

Well I had a fun but lazy (training-wise) weekend. Hoping to get in a bike ride and swim tomorrow, then Tuesday I'll be knocking out the last 5 miles of my goal!

Nothing like waiting til the last day and making us bite our fingernails huh Dr Bob!! Just kidding.

Go get it done and enjoy the run while your at it. Great job!!

The heat really threw me for a loop - and maybe poor planning on my part. I was hoping I could get in runs the last 4 days, but this morning I woke up and my hip flexors were talking to me and saying "yeah...right...don't push it!"

thats okay... much better to listen to your body than hurt yourself trying to reach your goal.. you did great anyway!

I think it is closer to 100 pages which means we have a ways to go in 27 hours!! Can we do it? Those who think we can are DEFINITELY eternal optimists and those who think we can't are...hmmm...probably right?

Going to a celebration for my GRANDfather's 91st birthday if you can believe it !! After that, taking the kiddies to the beach to see fireworks - It is REALLY cool to see fireworks shot out over the ocean at night. We are staying as far away from Daytona (car races) as possible - traffic is horrendous around the 4th weekend.

It's a CLOSE race to the finish line! And it's NOT OVER YET!!!

1st place - TASER RUNNING - 93.8%
