No kidding. I'll trade places with you for the month if ya want to! Lol - well its not really work but they like having someone up to date so no one mentions it... I still have to hold my own job together at the same time... not good on 3 hours sleep a night! |

Or the Lanterne Rouge Or Pick the podium AND the four jersey winners.... Or just pick who will win the final stage on the Champs... person with the answer with the fastest finisher? I can see the first sentence of your advice on picking: "First of all, do not pick a Frenchman to win the TdF." Lol - there is a thought |

Ah yes - I just remember us being surprised Beth actually HAD pom poms! LOL! well, technically they are not my pom poms (the legs do belong to me) the pom poms are DD's - she tried out the cheer leading thing for one fall when she was 6Technicalities, technicalities.... You bought 'em. You waved 'em. You took the photo with 'em even. LOL And now they shall forever be known as BETH"S POM POMS. |

LOL I like the idea of podium and 4 jersey winners, with the total time (of the winner) as the tie breaker. If you have 140+ people participating, there may be some duplicate answers. So having a tie-breaker could be helpful.sesh - 2008-06-20 1:11 PM Pick the Podium Tie-breaker could be closest to the total time it takes to do the entire tour? Or the Lanterne Rouge Or Pick the podium AND the four jersey winners.... Or just pick who will win the final stage on the Champs... person with the answer with the fastest finisher? I actually think this would be a seperate challenge to our bike challenge... probably run in the Tour De France forum for the duration of the event... I suspect you may get even more entries than 140.... |

I suspect you may get even more entries than 140.... Yeah! i think that would be the way it would have to happen to make it most beneficial for the sight? If it works they could try a similar thing for Kona? |

If it works they could try a similar thing for Kona? If you figure there are over 300 registered users on BT right now.... Then yes, there's a good chance you could have lots and lots of people participating in the Overall Standings Challenge. And yes, the advertisers might be interested in donating stuff. Are you going to ask Ron or Marma about the idea? I think it's a good one! |

The main Aussie guy from our network that goes over and does the pre and post is a guy called Mike Tomalaris... great guy... and he rides! But... they basically travel around in a little van resorting to things like changing in the back of it so its certainly a challenge for them! |
