I hope so because my knee is really taking a beating and I am sure that it can't be good. After getting a few opinions I have discovered that a problem with my knee injury could be partly due to my shoes and how worn they are. So I am working on my running form (which should help) and I hopefully will get new shoes this weekend, and then I hope it just comes down to strengthening the muscles that have atrophied from the surgery and recovery time. I had these ones in mind. What do you guys think, being the shoe experts you guys are.

They're hot! If you like them, buy them! I think shoes are a very individual thing - they've got to fit right and provide enough support. Maybe get some advice from a podiatrist, you may need orthotics as well?

I totally understand! Having young kids *is* a full time job. Even if its once a month, at least your cleaner can do all those yucky annoying things like scrubbing the bathrooms. I still clean in between my cleaner, but its mainly just wiping things down. She does all the big stuff Hopefully when we have kids and I stop working our budget will still allow for my cleaner, she is the best!

You can't win with dogs. The short haired ones shed 24/7 and worse at the change of season. Long haired dogs don't shed, but you need to groom them all the time to stop them getting matted. I had a quiet day at work yesterday and I shaved my dog short for summer. She looked so sad! I was sooooo tempted to take a photo of her next to the big pile of shaved hair and call it "what vets do when they're bored". Sadly she didn't look pathetic enough to justify it and I didn't have my camera. If it has been a cat though, that would have been funny, they look so annoyed when they've been shaved *lol*

Exactly!!!  I mean heck, we helped Joe reprioritize and look what happened, he had all those substantive posts and threw in some photo albums for good measure.  Of course, he's not around right now.  He's probably out having a real life.  Not me, I'm home having a headache.  DOH!
