hope I didnt knock you off our feet! and cause more injuries to you!!!!!!

If you are looking for bikes and  you see something maybe 49 -51...
I check Craigslist frequently around here, but since I live in BFE there is never anything good.

and...

GOOD MORNING GHOULIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got 2 miles of intervals in last night. Tonight will be 3.5 miles in the cold and rain, I'm looking forward to it.

where do you live???? i have an amazing small framed KUOTA bike now....it cost $3000 in 2007 and was upgraded to be approx 3500. We are selling it tomorrow in a yard sale for only $1500....it is carbon fiber bike and design profile aerobars...the only thing you would need is a pair of pedals! the guy who rode it was very small! it is a small frame!

Come on Jules - I thought you were looking out for me first   That is one heck of a deal!

but I am!!!!!! I know this bike would not fit you...you are next on my list to find one for!!!

I PROMISE! dont mind my crossed toes and fingers

so did you sell the bike?

how was your weekend Ann?

Yes, I do NEED a nice new bike. 49-51 should fit.

My weekend was pretty good, thanks for asking. I swam in Saturday morning, lifted some weights, took a nap. Yesterday morning I got a 4.6 mile run in. In the afternoon some friends came over with their kids so they could play with mine and they had a good time.

How was yours?

Alright team I am off to the Chiro for my appointment

Well wishes, prayers, and good thoughts are appreciated.  We have to get to the bottom of the pain issue so I can work on that and get back to running, riding, and swimming like a fake triathlete needs to do.

You see I get to say I am a triathlete because I have done 1 but I like the threads, logs, and everything else (peeps) on BT too much to leave since I don't really race that often - our little secret.  I would rather ride my bike 150 miles instead of doing a sprint

Have a great afternoon!

goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood luck!!!!! I would say break a leg...but thats not a good thing, right!?!?!

seriously Bill...nothing but good news when you return!!!!

I used to be with you on the bike before run thing....but I have to admit...Im liking running! <-----------was that my OUTER voice? haha

We did drop to last in the running challenge, we're still first in the posting challenge though.

I just updated and brought our percentage up...hoping it helped some...we do need to contact some of the people who have only logged a few runs! I may just have to do a percentage sheet...anyone that is under the by how much they have done...this seems to get you moving when you see your name towards the bottom of the chart...what do you all think????

time to inspire those we are not hearing from on the team. I noticed a few that are still under 20% for the month...if we are going to win this challenge we have to get them to join us and start running and or logging their runs.

LETS GO GHOULIES! RUN LIKE YOUR SCARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday I got up early...did a short tempo run...and then headed to work. We have an Italian Circus in town. Incredibly talented and great family fun! Even though I have seen the show some 15 times..it just never gets old...they do not have all the animals..but include a shetlon pony, a few studdly horses, some amazingly talented dogs...but its the clown who stole the show....Nino! I did get the link and it will be right up my dh's alley...I will be travelling then so he will love to go! thanks Bill

hope I didnt knock you off our feet! and cause more injuries to you!!!!!!

Nice bike!  If you run across one of these bargains for a tall gal let me knowSmile

I will...I will! I think I need to get a size chart with all your names! anyone good on spreadsheets and not napping or working today!??

she has a pair of zoot compression...they cost a LOT...but she wears them for most runs and all races. Its hard for me to justify paying almost $100 for socks if Im not sure I will gain any benefits!?
