Hi, Freaks.

Work has changed so much and with the new direction, a moving of one of my colleagues to a new group, and all the work that keeps coming non-stop, I have become quite depressed and feel totally out of sorts.

I stated this in my blog entry for today.

I am trying to figure things out and feel quite overwhelmed.

I have decided that I can visit BT only for entering my training data.

BT was a huge happiness in my life.  Now, I feel like I will be a work drone, with my life sucked out, due to what is happening at my work.

I apologize for not being able to visit anymore, but I will get my workouts in sometime and will update the worksheet.

I will miss you all. *crying*

MWAH!

Take care, PHREAKS!  Be healthy and keep having fun!

Hugs Phil, we miss you and hope you feel better. Why can't we all just win the lottery?

Another question,

Should I wear my hair straight or curly for the outing tonight.  I think we are all going to dinner and then a jazz club or something like that.  I will try to find some pics of each so you can make an informed decision.

Straight hair says sexy vixen, curly says fun party girl. Depends on the mood you're in

Ok does shoveling snow with a flat garden shovel for 30 mins. count for a point?  I got pretty shwetty and my back and shoulders ache.

I think it should!

They don't have anything posted yet, it's a New York Road Runners race, nyrr.org. They are just local races, nothing special, but they do a whole series with one half-mary in each borough. Manhattan and Bronx in the winter, Brooklyn in the spring, then Staten Island and Queens in the fall. I've done all but Bronx and Brooklyn. Although I'm not aiming to do all or anything, I just do whatever fits on the schedule!

Manhattan is fun because it's in Central Park, a lot of people really like that if they don't get to run there much. But it's hard, very hilly!

hmmmmmm, I'm not really a very strong runner - and my normal route is really flat - if we do the one in Central Park, I'll need to find a new route or plan on walking more of it or both

thoughts on it for a first 1/2 Mary?
