Everytime I try to get out for just 500 yards or so, I always get some last second straggler IT problem that I have to deal with.  Very frustrating.  Don't they know that it's LUNCHTIME!  Selfish users.

Let me find the metrics regarding that problem.  Let me see, that would be around the 80% mark of those problems coming through.  And, to add, the phrase would have been said - "...fixing MY problem...".  There needed to be an extra emphasis there.
