I've already made my feelings of Astana/Bruyneel being screwed well known.

Bruyneel is the Bill Walsh of cycling. Its almost like the 49ners of old won their conference, made it to the Super Bowl - and then were given some lame reason why they couldn't play for the NFL title and some lesser team is substituted in their place.

Although, Garmin-Chipotle and Columbia are doing very nicely.

In fact, I saw yellow numbers on Garmin today.

Which reminds me - Cat, did you see Cancellara wearing his #13 upside down? I thought of you wanting to hold onto the #13 position in the BT user listing because you liked that number. Clearly, Cancellera doesn't though! LOL

While I've been away and very busy (work blahs and training ramping back up), I had to stop in for Cat's 10,000th. It was beautiful, and thanks to people like Cat, I can honestly say the challenges (and the people who participate in them) have really made BT a special place. Soooo... Congrats, Super Cat! And thanks for putting so eloquently what many of us feel makes this place great.

I blame Beth and Dee.

waidaminute - what exactly am I being blamed for? Wink

The more important question is what am *I* getting blamed for!

no, it's all about me! LOL!

you, are clearly guilty

Well, if it's all about YOU, then shouldn't you be to blame for EVERYTHING?

no, no, no..................

clearly I must have someone else to blame things on!

Well, let's blame.... um... well, pick someone who isn't here right now. LOL

Yeah, mainly because of Contador and Bruyneel.

I agree. It's not just Levi. It's Contador and Bruyneel, too. But I figure that Contador is young yet, and Brunyeel will be around for a long time, too... But Levi is, how old now?

34.  It was great to see him on the podium last year.  I realize they are athletes and we see into only a very small part of their personalities and personal lives, but Levi has always seemed like one of the true good guys in professional sports.

Which thread am I in?

Who knows. After awhile, they all merge into one large playground for us. Cat and I are especially good at playing "Tag" all over the forum.

Catching Dee is hard to do!

Well, Kristen is on vacation, so she won't be around for awhile. Then again, we still have hopes that Sugar Daddy is going to buy us an island. Or at least send us to the TdF....

So how about Sal? Besides, he still owes Kendra a picture. So if he complains, we can always remind him of that.

Doesn't seem to have one.  Total opposite of the stereotypical cyclist ego.  I don't really know that much about Cadel other than he's a great rider.  I guess if I lived in Australia or got more cycling coverage I would.  You're a good reference, though, so I'm pulling for him a bit

I never got that impression, no. But then again, I never got that impression about Cadel, either.

Lance, on the other hand... He puts the D in Dominant.

Then again, so much of what we see is limited. You hear a 2 minute interview, or read a short article. It's tough to know what they're really like, day in and day out....

(Although, that was enough to tell you that Lance put that D in Dominant, wasn't it? LOL)
