Its almost like the 49ners of old won their conference, made it to the Super Bowl - and then were given some lame reason why they couldn't play for the NFL title and some lesser team is substituted in their place. Although, Garmin-Chipotle and Columbia are doing very nicely. In fact, I saw yellow numbers on Garmin today. Which reminds me - Cat, did you see Cancellara wearing his #13 upside down? I thought of you wanting to hold onto the #13 position in the BT user listing because you liked that number. Clearly, Cancellera doesn't though! LOL |

It's Contador and Bruyneel, too. But I figure that Contador is young yet, and Brunyeel will be around for a long time, too... But Levi is, how old now? 34. It was great to see him on the podium last year. I realize they are athletes and we see into only a very small part of their personalities and personal lives, but Levi has always seemed like one of the true good guys in professional sports. Well, Kristen is on vacation, so she won't be around for awhile. Then again, we still have hopes that Sugar Daddy is going to buy us an island. Or at least send us to the TdF.... So how about Sal? Besides, he still owes Kendra a picture. So if he complains, we can always remind him of that. |

But then again, I never got that impression about Cadel, either. Lance, on the other hand... He puts the D in Dominant. Then again, so much of what we see is limited. You hear a 2 minute interview, or read a short article. It's tough to know what they're really like, day in and day out.... (Although, that was enough to tell you that Lance put that D in Dominant, wasn't it? LOL) |
