I went to the Y this mornng, but instead of swimming I aqua jogged. It is TOUGH! It is also...a...tad...boring. The good news though is that it does not bother my knee. So, I'm going to try keeping the running up in the pool and hope I can still run the half mary later in November. Bill want to meet me for some aqua jogging sessions, so that I have someone to talk to? Long runs are going to be tough. another aquajogging GHOULIE. i know its not your preference KIM, but at least your not 'alone'.... it IS boring isnt it? i feel ya. stacieb |
