He talks about what your ideal weight should be, and the body build you have/should have depending on which endurance sport you do. Theres even some recipes in the end opf the book. (I;ll let you kno wif they're any good once I get there). As o now, I am down all of 0.2 pounds! LOL, more to come I hope. |
