Kendra! how was Ohio? seems like it's cold everywhere glad you had a great time! Michigan people are nuts!!!! Of course I grew up there and lived there until I was 22, but seriously, I can barely stand the weather there now. I'm spending about 2 weeks in the midwest in December and I'm cold just thinking about it! Then us 'Sconnies must be psycho. |

Pro 4608 Brooklyn, NY | Subject: RE: The Mysterious Dark Arts - l'acte 2 Got in a little over 4 miles in the hail, sleet and rain. One of the strangest runs I've ever had. I'm just under 96% of goal and should have no trouble wrapping it up, but I'm going to just hit 100, not a smidgen over. Talk about luck. |

You just did a mary so you'll be ok. It's better not to run while you're weak and depleted. I know I tend to push it and I always pay. Hope you feel better soon! |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: The Mysterious Dark Arts - l'acte 2 Dark Arts notes – Volume 10 Phil (1stTimeTri)- Was rendered speechless with anticipation at the thought of being on a team with Beth and Kristin Steve (AccidentalChef)- Steve stopped by to give us a little update. He’s been super busy with school and so he hasn’t had much time for posting (I’m not sure he has his priorities in order, I mean seriously – snowboarding over posting? – LOL!) He’s really getting close to completing his goal – Go Steve! Melissa (BunnyB) – is home! Welcome back Melissa! She had an AMAZING time in Hawaii. She even managed to get TOPPAGE with her first post back – nicely done! We missed you and your cute little emoticons! Emily (esc) – pulled out the cattle prod in an attempt to motivate Beth to get going on her next training plan (I wonder if Dee has missed it yet). Does not faze her coworkers when she bursts out with random giggles when she is posting on BT checking data and doing calculations Cat (kaqphin)- is planning the highlights of her trip to the US (we’re not sure when it will be), one of the planned highlights is a run in Central Park. She’ll be traveling light, all she needs is A back pack, some Vodka and a Nibb to pick me up when I get there perhaps? Kendra (kns57)- Kendra is back from Ohio – welcome back Kendra! In addition to having a super time with her friends, she made a basket at Longaberger – pics? Beth (lastcall2003)- took an unexpected trip to New Jersey while trying to drive to the gym –Oh, I forgot to mention the fact that I also ended up going the wrong way on a one way. egads! There was a freak snow storm in the area, it was like a blizzard! Matt (mdb) – has done a most excellent job of meeting his goals this month! Judi (QueenZipp) – Said it all, when she said insanity is defined as getting out of a warm bed for a cold pool . Judi is such a giver, finished up her goals on the dreadmill – thanks Judi! Happy Birthday to Miss Thing, who turns 13 today – did you get her to wear the huge sombrero?Kathrin (ratkat) – has already signed up for 2 challenges – we have another challenge addict! She’s doing her best to keep up on the thread even though she’s in the frozen Tundra of Bavaria. Sharon (zeefraugtries) – sounds like she is buried in work – stop by and say hello if you have a chance Kristin (LazyMarathoner) – Highly recommends compression socks as they make quite a fashion statement to avoid lower leg issues, especially on long runs. She is also totally hooked on Haagen Dazs ice cream bars. |
