I have now read ALL of pages 1-46 and 55-77. Now all I need to read is pages 46-55! I start consulting again in 45 mins so I'd better be quick LOL! Then I need to go to my other team (Peaches) but they've only done 12 pages this month so thats nothing compared to this thread. And then I need to read that marathon RR ... AND THEN it'll be the weekend, I won't go on the computer for 3 days, I'll come back to work on Tues and there'll be another 100 pages for me to work through. SIGH!!! LOL I have to say, reading posts at work is good for me because I am so busy reading and typing that I don't SNACK! Yay to me You must have nothing else to do at work and be slightly obsessive-compulsive!
Fixed that for you!!! LOL |

I have a feeling I'll be baking up a storm this winter Oh, Lord. I might have to have YET ANOTHER Pop-Tart. I am addicted to those things. At least I didn't have one for dinner, unlike many of the previous days. (It's my blog title ... Man Shall Not Live By Pop Tarts Alone ...)
OOOOOOH! POP TARTS! I haven't had one of those for years and years and years. Curse you for reminding me they exist!!! I found somewhere in NZ to get them... Ive never seen them here in Oz..
Yeah we definitely have them because I used to eat them when I was a teenager, sometime in the mid-90's. Maybe they don't have them here anymore? PROBABLY A GOOD THING! I'll check out my supermarket next time I'm doing a shop Or maybe thats a REALLY bad idea ... |

What are rollers? They're scary. It's like a trainer where you can ride indoors, but your bike isn't attached. It's a three-bar thing that you have to balance on, so if you can't keep your balance, you can totally wipe out. I'll stick with the trainer, I suck enough on my bike and can't imagine having to admit to everyone that I crashed in my living room! LOL! |

I am going to have 1 post every 30 pages it looks like. I got 30 min in today point 6 this weekend. Took it easy with just a 1 mile run with walking the rest of the 30 min. Did 2 miles and 30 elliptical last night and the legs didn't want to move tonight. Will try for more tomorrow. Stacie |

Dark alcohol I can stomach for awhile. Really? Vodka is teh ONLY form of alcohol where Im not a glass and a half girl...
Thats because Vodka is a clear spirit. If you just stick to vodka and NOTHING else when drinking, you prolly won't get a hangover. Well, not like you'd get with red wine or dark spirits anyway Take it from a Polish girl, I know what I'm talking about LOL! We even have a vodka called Spiritus, its 190 proof. Honest to god Good for disinfecting things. Alcos drink it straight. I use it to make cherry vodka by mixing it 50:50 with good quality cordial or I use it in cooking ... |

My first thought was "sweet jesus, the place better not be on fire because I need a drink." Then I go in and while I'm waiting to pay, 3 gorgeous firemen came in to find out about shutting off the water. Is it a required to be hot to join the fire department? So I got a nice serving of eye candy to go with my wine Maybe its just that men look hotter in uniform... you should get them out of their uniforms and then pass judgement... hehe! nice one Cat! They'er just as hot out of them...well at lest the one I'm married to is. He's actually a re-tired Firefighter/Marine...I think he's double hot. And no he's not standing over my shouder reading. Good morning Freaks!! Just stopping by on a break while I wait for materials to show up to the job. Yall' just amaze me with your posting. Well gotta go check on the delivery. Chris |

What are rollers?
They are for your bike to ride indoors. A trainer attaches to your rear wheel holding it in place. Rollers are three parallel tubes that your wheels rest on (two for rear, one in front) and a cable between them. /--\ You have to focus on balance as the whole bike is loose on the system. It is apparently good for working on form. |
