esc - 2008-11-12 2:20 PM There is cake in the breakroom.  I really, really want some.  But I may or may not have already had two pieces.  Why do they torture me with piles and piles of junk food??!

Are you hungry? Or Thirsty? Or just obsessing about it because its there?

Yes, yes, and yes!

Go get a litre of water and drink it with a piece of fruit.... then you can think of cake..

To get to the water and fruit I have to enter the breakroom.  Must have willpower.  Must have willpower.  Must have willpower.

Wish me luck...as I am about to enter...the cake zone.

Tomorrow is my 47th birthday, and I believe there is a German Chocolate Cake from the Freeport Bakery in the fridge. That said, I can't remember ever being so totally UNexcited about a birthday, even though I have tons of reasons to BE excited.

I'm actually dreading it a bit.

Chocoalte cake sounds good - are you having it for breakfast?

I myself am eating a most uninteresting apple.

I recently finished my bland pasta lunch and will try and hold out another hour before I get to eat the scrumptious Banana I have planned for a my snack...

DISCLAIMER: the word scrumptious has been used to make said banana sound more appealing so I dont want cake....

A banana can be scrumptious. And it's almost cake-like in consistency.

Maybe I'll try to bake banana bread tonight. But I don't want banana bread. I don't want anything. I don't even really want this apple ... but it's better than rummaging and eating something sugary or high fat that I don't really want anyway.

Even though I was born shortly after 4:00 am on November 12th, 1961 - not for breakfast.

You're a Scorpio. This explains everything.

Yeah banana is definatley good for Carb/sugar cravings... the increase in training has the benefit of finally seeing my weight come down a little but the result is I feel like I want to sit down and have a really good feed for a week!
