Something inside my head told me you all needed a bedtime story. Maybe it was a ringing in my ear as I was swinging from a vine, my bad that was the last story I told.

Yes I have been a slacker, a slimmy sloath of a man with a minimal workout plan since the beginning of the year. I have missed every one of you gorgeous BT ladies (sorry guys your to ugly to miss) and I have come to repent for my missing from action sins. LOL

Actually I have been busy with my full time Navy job, college at night, and running an extremely successful party rental business during my off time in preperation for my retirement. Unfortunately my workouts have suffured and I need to get back into shape.

So here I am to get slapped around (ladies only) but more importantly get re-motivated in the sport that I have been missing, not to mention missing the sexy leg picks as well as watching cat try on different dresses in preperation for parties. Ok bring it on!!!!! LOL

Wow hector - sounds to me like yuo have been having a really busy time!! Now what kind of motivation would you like?

Whats on offer hasnt changed much... whips, cattle prods... umm... beths pom poms perhaps (although maybe thats for her to volunteer) (i also forgot about the party dress saga - well the part this year is early December so there is some motivation to stick around - maybe I can do the fashion show again!)

Whats the training pland for the 'getting back into shape? thing..
