Artemis - 2008-03-01 3:58 PM I went for a bike ride outside today. It was a little cold and windy, but nice to be outside. Really beats the trainer!
The road is so much better. Glad you were able to get out. Have you had your eyebrows done yet? I did my race report for the 10K this morning. I like my chip time a lot more than my gun time. It's funny what a few seconds can do for your mental outlook!

Yep, I just got back.  It hurts when you don't get it done for a few months.

I always like the chip times better.  It's not usually much time, but it makes all the difference to me.

you and me both

I really should have brought my cycling shoes home - it's 65 here today

oh well, my pedicure was nicer - LOL

Hi Dee!

taking a break from werk?

Well, it's more like "multi-tasking." LOL

I work, then pop on here when I can.... then do more work.

Did not make it to the pool (again) today. But I still plan on getting a bike ride in tonight. Gotta start the new challenge off right!

Thats how I work... always have a IE screen open somewhere for light relief... although I think the 'breaks' get extended a bit too much sometimes

Hi Nibbs!

Judi - glad to hear you are on the mend!

Julie - yaaaay! she found her way back to nibbs

Amy - hope your daughter is feeling better - i know it's tough on the training front - just do what you can

Pam - wow - you are a runner!!!

Dee- how's werk? one of these days we'll find more time on nibbs

Cat - the challenge seems to be getting off to a great start - again, let me know if I can help - we all know how big the job is

Jen - a ride outside - how nice!

Heather - hope you had a good group for the babysitting class you taught today

Whew!
it's hard work to do all this in one post - LOL

Wow I dont know how you can remember everything in one post....

When I did my training course earlier in the year they taught you eye contact by one thought/one person....

Maybe that rule applies to the easiest way to post too?

D001 - 2008-03-01 1:34 PM  The kids are out of school for THREE WEEKS? Um, but it's only March. (Do they do the year-round school?)

Training? I wouldn't know anything about that..... Work keeps interefering with mine. (I've been working all day. Taking a quick break, so I got on BT. LOL) Bleh. Back to work again....

Yep. Year round school. One in full day, one in half day (that's how kindergarten runs around here). Next year I'll have one in year round school and one in traditional (once the kids hit 7th grade they go to  a traditional schedule). Joy.

Hubby's still not home from work. So much for a quick "just gotta pack up the equipment for tomorrow's trip", huh? Oh, and it's threatening to snow now. Maybe I'll have to leave my daughter in charge tomorrow while I hit the treadmill at the gym. Fever or not, somehow I gotta get someone to watch the little guy so I can exercise for a change. Hopefully that'll improve the attitude a lot little.

interesting - I kind of like the idea of year 'round school - summer is too long and the kids get too bored - anymore it's really hard for HS kids to get 'summer' jobs unless it's at an outdoor pool or something like that

I hope you find someone to watch the little one!
