Oscar Pistorius accidentally shoots and kills GF (Page 8)

Fartled (v.) -  Someone nearby farting so loudly or abruptly so as to startle you.

I think that it really could have been an accident.  She rips a big one, it startles him (or just scares the h3ll outta him), gun goes off.

So his defense goes something like this...

He and his girlfriend are arguing. He pulls a gun, it "accidentally" goes off while pointed at her.

She runs and locks herself in the bathroom.

He tries to get her to open the door so he can help her. She refuses to open the door.

He then is so worried about her bleeding out on the floor that he fires into the lock on the door to try to open it, hitting her 3 times in the process.

When he opens the door, he finds her shot with all three bullets. He then gets a cricket bat and in a fit of sorrow and rage, he hits her dead body with it.

It ain't she drowned in the pool or the glove doesn't fit, but it's creative.

SA must have the death penalty. Otherwise, why would he claim innocent?

Or they may go with the "roid rage" defense.

I wonder if he is allowed the prosthetic limbs in jail because they could be used for other purposes.

I think that's part of the initial anger.  I was just repeating what was in a Daily Mail article.  

There was another report that said his gun "accidentally" went off at a restaurant and shot the floor very close to a friend's foot.  So he's just pulling guns on everyone these days.
