MILA!!!!! long time no *see* *Sigh* yes, I know... busy, sick, busy, sick... it all runs together in my world. Huh. Maybe 'cause they are related?

I'm 159 now, I'm going to get back to 140-45. That's why I'm slower on the hoof now. I drop 15, that should shave a minute off of my mile time easily. Umm you know pro cyclists body weights are not healthy right? Especially during stage races... they are on the razor edge between being incredibly ill and light racing weights... How tall are you? 5'5 1/4" = 165.7cm 159 lbs = 72.27 kg Umm thats very healthy... actually towards the lower end of healthy... depending on frame of course... You would be perfectly fine just to stay at that weight!!! You wouldnt want to go too much lower would you? You would start to loose muscle/top end speed? |

Wow thats your normal weight... thats very light! no wonder youve had such success running - Im sure it helps if you are naturally quite slight |

Like warm, fluffy socks and a warm sock hat. I find if my feet are warm, the rest of me stays comfy. Also, you lose a great deal of heat from the top of your head. Layer, layer, layer. Didn't your office pay the heating bill? |
