I don't know why I've been home since 6:30 and I'm still in my bike clothes.

I really need to sit down and read all the way through Cosgrove's lifting book. I want to see if I can lose weight lifting, get that lean muscle mass. I'm tired of being fat.

i dont know who this Cosgrove is you speak of - I do not stupid amounts about resistance training - short answer you will probably loose size but not weight if you weight train effectiviely.

That whole muscle weighs more than fat thing... So yes theoretically you will be smaller with more muscle mass as long as you do not eat crap etc

If it was the key Id have had some success this year (yeah yeah I need to stop whining Im just frustrated with it)

As you get older its even more important for general health too... and more so for women.

Only 90 miles as the crow flies. Takes a bit longer than 90 min. as the main freeway down is usually pretty trafficky.

That is cool. I am supposed to visit my little brother the first of the year. He lives in or around San Diego so I will be right around the corner. I want to try to meet some Cali Bters while I am out there.

Depends on how large and crazy.. Id be fine with your boxer...

Its just the cash and time off work... Im mentally trying to workout how to swim 3months off work..

OR do two trips... but its such a LONG way to come that you want to make the most of it when you get there... I may have to get over that way of thinking... although that would mean dropping some of the my planned destinations which right now look like the 4 corners of the US!
