mchally - 2008-11-12 7:03 PM The room isn't available to january, so I have time to become familiar with the guys before moving in. He is also okay with doing month to month for a little while before signing a longer lease.

That sounds good and the month-to-month will definitely help in case you need to find something else.

Nothing wrong with average looking men. I think they're a whole lot more interesting that men who preen all the time.

Damn. I am SO screwed.

are you guilty of a bit of preening?

Scott?  NEVER!

There are entire countries that collectively preen less than I do in a given week.

Ok, I really am out of here. I have German Chocolate Cake - MY FAVE - and food waiting for me!

*I dont want cake, I dont need cake... cake will NOT make me faster on the bike/able to run/ look hot in lycra...... *

You will not be able to resist ANY cake from the Freeport Bakery... which is where my cake came from...

Happy Birthday!

Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. Graduate of the University of Iowa - '84 BA English, '87 MA Urban and Regional Planning. I watched Hayden Fry bring Iowa football back from the dead after 20 consecutive losing seasons. It was so bad during the mid 1970s at Iowa that when we got a 1st down, the stadium would give Iowa a standing ovation.

I went to Northern Iowa my freshman year in Fall 1980 and transferred to Iowa for the summer semester starting in 1981.

Yeah so I'd say your an Iowa fan but only a little.

Yeah - its kind of like a really BIG meringue... with a cruchy sugary outside and a marshmallowy middle - you cover it in cream and fruit (I use strawberries) and I add crumbled chocolate...

I make one every christmas... you can get store bought ones but they are not even close to the home made!

Purdue is taking Iowa down this Saturday!  Boiler up!

(I should probably use the sarcastic font for that.  But I can't help it.  I'm a believer until we're down by more than two scores.)
