I'm hoping so in the end, I really just want her to feel good about what she is doing right now she is really frustrated because it's not a good fit - IMHO |

Also if she is in the early part of her career she may not have had a boss willing to mentor/guide her yet - so she might not know how to recognise it as a good thing. |

You dont just go into the workforce knowing the correct way to act... sometimes you have to learn the simple things... youd be surprised! And I have lost it at work (twice) and trust me Im pretty sure she did NOT want to cry infront of her boss! In fact thats probably the last thing she wanted to end up happening... |
