have you heard of two buck chuck? Charles Shaw wine...that only costs $1.99 and won all kinds of taste tests over many of the high priced and better known wines! I LOVE IT! they do not sell it everywhere. I used to buy it by the case at Trader Joes...I only have a few in my wine case...and it is white so it will probably stay there since I am a Cab girl! love red punchy wines! YUM! if you have access to Trader Joes...definitely you want to get to know him! really good...and the price is OUTSTANDING! hey, do you drink white? I may have to send you one with the package!

Ok - here's my intro

My name is Beth - somehow it morphed into TinkerBeth (pretty sure I have Amy - Givemeashot to thank for that   oh, and Amy, I have not forgotten about sending you the recipes, I started making copies last week - sorry I digress) 

So, like I said, I'm Beth - I am more or less originally from Omaha NE (lived there since I was 15).  I recently accepted a new job just outside of Philly and am currently living and working in Philly during the week and living and playing in Omaha on the weekends.

I have 3 kids 18, 17, and 12 - boy, girl, boy.  My oldest is in college and my next in line is a senior who will graduate at the end of May (thus the commute) - my youngest is in 7th grade.

I am a swimmer at heart! (Tammy I agree with you on the whole runner/swimmer thing )

This is my third triathlon season - I've completed 3 sprints, and 2 olys - 1 oly as an individual and 1 as a part of an awesome team (ali was part of the team )

So far I only have one planned race - you can probably understand why from the rest of my intro

So - Julie were you serious about the team captain?

I'd be glad to do it if no one else wants to, I'll just need everyone to understand that I'm not around much during certain times due to the whole living in Never Never land thing (I'll explain in my next post - for those who don't know me)

 

 

Julie would make an awesome team captain. (TinkerBeth is an awesome captain too, of course. But I think the commute has cut into her BT time significantly....)
