Definitely Thursday and we're going to try to do some swimming and running. He works just a couple blocks from my current job when he's here. that's awesome! say hi for me Sure will! I love it when BTers visit. there is an instant connection! I have had the opportunity to meet a few BT'rs IRL Ive only met one but it was kind of cool as you already knew about them, their personality and day to day lives etc which made it so easy! Like i keep saying I think a lot of BT people know more about whats going on that people I know IRL I totally agree! I know more about my BT friends, even the ones I've never met, than I do about some real life friends. I have been lucky to meet quite a few BTers and it's always great. Triathletes, particularly the ones that spend time here, are pretty incredible people. |

I get shape magazine and they are usually pretty good about putting workouts in that you can do at home with only a few things. Like a BIG ball, bands and weights which I have. So my new mag came the other day and it had a workout in it where you do some of the moves but you use resistance bands to make it oh so much more fun. |
