Well you do need alochol and mixers to make a cocktail (something has to go IN to it) everything else can generally be improvised... Just send your cabana boy to the shop... |

They look at all the profiles of the people up for promotion and decide who is best qualified for the next rank. Within my job there is 7 spots and 13 people eligible. The best get promoted, all other get passed and have to wait another year to attempt again. The system is designed to have a lot of people who haven't een promoted yet. |

Master 2201 Elgin, | Subject: RE: Random Taser me Elmo Cat Stalkers Of the 13 there is 2 people who have been passed (above zone), 9 people who are eligible but never been looked at (zone), and 2 who may get looked at but if not promoted it doesn't count as a pass (below zone). Below zone normally doesn't get promoted but it allows extra people to be looked out if there isn't anybody qualified in the zone, or above zone. |
