Morning Ghouls.  I woke up with a major sinus headache this morning.  Spring is here for sure. My allergies have confirmed it.

Thanks Ann.  A hawt guy with hawt coffee is one thing I can think of.  Oh well, a couple sudafed, some advil and a hot shower and I'll be fine.  Let the sneazing season begin!

So I was looking through Runners World from a few months ago.  The Marathon issue.  It had rankings for all the *best* marathons.  Best: for families, spectators, amenities, value, BQ, scenery etc.  The #1 overall race is in Missoula MT.  It's in July and unfortunately I can't make it this year, but 2011 it is going to happen.  Anyone want to run it with me?  BTW, still keeping fingers and toes crossed for the NYC lottery.

Also, full disclosure....I was born in Missoula.  I have some very cool cousins that still live there.  It will be a party weekend.

my girlfriend and i are meeting up there tomorrow for drinks and then heading out to this uber cool Seafood resturant that ive never been to see a guy i knew in college i havent seen in awhile play an acoustic set which i so love when he does.

sounds like a fan friggin tastic evening dont you think??

I've never been to Montana. I will definitely think about it.

this is the guy were going to see play.   i had a MAD crush on him in college.  not being the uber hottie i am now, he would talk to me, but i never 'caught' his eye. 

love, love, love his music.....and still have a bit of a crush.....

took the bike in for a spring tune up.

told the guys that the screw for the bottle cage would come loose all the time, asked them to take a look at it.

turns out the threads inside the tube were stripped.....so....jamis offerred to replace the frame completely.

this is the UBER COOL THING....im getting the newest, higher grade full carbon frame as a replacement.

i KNOW shut up.

i'll try to keep my mouth shut/not complain, cuz the UNIVERSE, she sure HOOKED ME UP!



should be back in two more weeks...if not sooner.  which will put at a month and a half from my sprint, and a two months out from my other sprint possible OLY.

i was signed up for spin anyways through the end of April and except for that one week we had that was spectacular, its been cold and rainy here.

its ALL good.
