Good morning, gents,
Early morning 10k run this morning.  What an absolutely gorgeous morning... about 60 degrees at sunrise, slight breeze, not a cloud in the sky!  Perfect start to the day.

No afternoon workout on the training plan for today... So I'll be enjoying my weekly Thursday lunch at the local Mexican restaurant... GOOD STUFF!

Swim and, hopefully, a Yoga class planned with the wife today.

I'm still trying to get my legs back from last weekend. I might take a light spin tomorrow. I have another race Saturday morning.

Good morning guys. Meeting went late last night. Finished up at 10:30 and hadn't eaten anything all day so I skipped the workout. Slept in this morning and have the whole day to myself. Working from home so I will head to the pool at lunch, then jump on the bike after work. Possibly even a run later in the evening. I'm feeling excited for the day. I'm hoping it will end as good as it started.

Wouldn't that be from the last TWO weekends? Either one of those races would have done a number on my legs. I can't imagine doing them seven days apart.

Hey Bill. It looks like its not going to be a good day for your stars. You're going to lose more than half of them pretty quick.

Hey! That means I'll have a lot more than you, at least for a day or so before I lose mine. I guess getting behind in stars yesterday wasn't such a bad thing after all.

Oh yeah, that is three weeks in a row. I forgot about the Sea Otter already Maybe I'm intentionally blocking that from memory. This Saturday is a big one though; this race kicks off the start of the 2010 XTERRA season for me.

I can't even imagine three weeks in a row. You are a monster. I don't think a machine would even be able to handle that. Good luck with this week's race. Are you taking a break of more than a week with this one?

That'll be 4 weekends in a row for Tim "THE MACHINE"!!!  You're definitely on the right thread, because you're definitely a manly man!!!

Buffalo Bill. I can't believe you stopped posting already today. You're only 3 posts away from your next star update. You know. The one where you lose most of your stars.

Late lunch today. Just got back from the pool. I'm feeling pretty good about it. My workout ran a little quick so I thought I would throw a couple of sprint laps in there at the end. I set a new lap time PR. Not that it should be surprising since I haven't tried to set a new lap PR in probably a year but I'm excited about it. Not that its any real record. There are a lot that can do a lap of a 50 meter pool in the time it takes me to do a 25 meter pool, but that's beside the point. I set a new PR! Heading out for a second workout (bike or run, haven't decided yet) in about an hour since that's when I finish work.
