Subject: RE: Men's May Challenge ThreadLate lunch today. Just got back from the pool. I'm feeling pretty good about it. My workout ran a little quick so I thought I would throw a couple of sprint laps in there at the end. I set a new lap time PR. Not that it should be surprising since I haven't tried to set a new lap PR in probably a year but I'm excited about it. Not that its any real record. There are a lot that can do a lap of a 50 meter pool in the time it takes me to do a 25 meter pool, but that's beside the point. I set a new PR! Heading out for a second workout (bike or run, haven't decided yet ) in about an hour since that's when I finish work. |
