This year was unique that instead of a town applying to host a stage the whole of Brittany put in an application so i guess they saw this as something different to try! I'll go with it, and of course I'll be watching. I'm still bitter about the decision to drop the Team TT, though. It's the most beautiful thing in sport to watch. I must admit I do like it as well... and since TDF is the only race we get full live coverage here of - I miss it more because i never get to see them! Versus has Cyclysm Sundays, which is cool because you get to see a lot of different races all year, but it kinda stunk because we were a day late catching the Giro TTT. They had a few highlights, though. Watching the teams come out of the start with each rider starting to mash the hard gears is just awesome. |

We moved to Bangkok when I was 10... Yikes! How was that? My Dad's parents moved once while he was in college. He went back to his old house and there was a note on the front door with directions to the new house. Life in small Mississippi delta towns. |

She's got a sister who lives in Maine, though, so she's used to a spread out family. |

We got daily highlights for the Giro for the first time this year - about 15 minuts long but I enjoyed having some coverage. We get one hour coverage of a lot of the other races on Sunday but its an interesting mix and they may be broadcast a couple of weeks after they happen. I just forget its on (and I work for the broadcaster - oops!) |
