Mornin' Freaks,

I logged on and could not believe we had fallen off the front page. How did that happen?? I just finished my first day of P90X. It was tough and the abs were brutal...but in a good way. Thom did the program with me and just killed me in the pushups and pull ups...I sux at pullups. I have to do the cheat ones with the chair. But we got it done. I will be riding the trainer later this afternoon. Have some other stuff on the schedule. By the way I do log today with last week,?? right?? I'll wait until I find out to post it. Everyone have a great day.

Looking for volunteers to beat me into a coma as that may make me feel better than I do right now.

Busted night - up coughing - pecs hurt from violent chest coughs

Morning Freaks, how is everyone?

There was a big street fight outside my building last night, two women screaming and beating the carp out of each other, then some guys tried to break it up and one of the women broke a bottle and tried to cut him so he punched her, then it was like 4 or 5 people fighting, one girl kicked through the windshield of a car. It was crazy. So I stayed up late to watch of course! I slept very late today. It was kinda nice. I'm going for a run soon in between loads of laundry.

Sh1tty here too. Makes me feel less bad for sleeping until 10:45.
