All I can think of is, Get your freak on, get your freak on, getcha getcha getcha freak on. and thats just way to long. PT Freaks 3: Get your freak on? That could work, but with the ? or with some other kind of punctuation? Lol - without the question mark of course! |

Yes, absolutely. Sugar just tastes really sweet so I can't eat a lot. Well, actually, it does depend on the time of the month LOL! And booze, don't get me started. I used to be able to throw them back like there was no tomorrow. Not anymore, three drinks MAX and I am out for the count.

Speaking of kids & booze, I am so over my family asking me when I am going to have kids. So I have stopped drinking around them. So they think that I am trying, and they've left me alone. I've also tried it on with our friends. Its worked really well!

Whenever I go on holidays I always have the best intentions to keep training but it never happens.

Not that not all for you racking up the points and all but people are dropping like flies with the crud and you are still going great guns even after your TWO big races. Take a little break and pretend to celebrate thanksgiving and eat a bunch of great food this week. Point taken. I didn't do anything this morning Sadly I am OCD when it comes to exercise.

Running/walking is your best option because you dont need a lot of gear - if you are staying somewhere with a pool another option... But if its only a few days just take the time off and enjoy! |

What is everyone else eating? I am just finishing up a bowl of homemade chili. That sounds REALLY good. I'm having a cold day. It is turning fall here so it seemed appropriate. Also with the cold I have the soup and hot cocoa with milk is helping a great deal. Hubby thinks I am weird that I have to have milk in the hot cocoa instead of water but it is just creamier I think. I would have to agree with you. Milk is far supperior in hot cocoa. Only down side is that it has more calories than water.

I go through patches... I meither REALLY into it... or REALLY NOT! I hate it when I am really not into exercise, because then its really hard to get back into it. I think thats why I try so hard to stay on the wagon.

Thats the rumour but who knows... What a naughty boy if its true. That would be a total deal breaker for me. Although they've got kids, I think that would really muddy the picture.

I thought you'd say that! I'll ask one of the nurses if she wants to share it ... I don;'t want to be greedy and have the last chocolate scone all to myself ...
