See THIS perked me up after posting this in my blog:

Pray for me BT community.  I am struggling with a cold - and it has moved into my chest and is really disabling right now.  Chest is spasming with coughs, but I coughed so hard last night that my pecs and back muscles feel strained from the compression and it hurts to cough...    Feels like I am stuck in a vicious cycle of not coughing deep  enough to clear what my body wants because it hurts.  Trying to aid breathing with some homeopathic herbs steamed in a pot,  but am really uncomfortable.  AND...my wife left for Tennessee til WEdnesday.   My kids have been moderately angelic, but I am anxious.

I am done complaining.  I am truly blessed.  Missing a training already

BUT LOVING MY FREAKY DEAKIES!!!

One point for me with a Z2 3-mile run finishing it in 34 min. and change.

I really can't wait to do (what I feel) some more intense training.

My first 20 week training program starts next week, though.
