Subject: RE: WW and friends of WW 9/7 - 9/13Hey everyone, I'm not a new BTer, but I recently rejoined WW, and thought maybe you guys could give me some insight. About 5 years ago I lost 75 pounds on WW. The day I hit my goal weight I found out I was pregnant with my second son. I lost most of the "baby weight" but still have about 20 to lose. I've been back to WW for about 5 weeks now, and I'm up 1.2 pounds!!! I am very frustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to work working out in with the plan. I've been on the Core plan, which has made me seem less hungry, for the last two weeks. Before that I was using the flex plan with no good results. I log EVERYTHING I eat online, and I'm still not losing. Last week I logged 75 workout points. I just don't know how many to eat, or what to do. Please help! |
