Starting the new thread since Beth said she'd be busy.  I hope everyone is having a great weekend!  Hurricane Hanna came thru Maryland yesterday and we had torrential downpours, but today it's sunny and beautiful and 80 degrees.  So nice!  I got a few great shots of the sky once it cleared up.  It was amazing!

I added a "September 2008" page to the spreadsheet.  Not sure what formulas were used in the very last column, but they don't seem to be working now.  I'm sure I messed something up!

Nice Sky Laurie, hope everyone had a good weekend and you have a good rest of the week. This week is the first time I've felt in control in a long while so I'm hoping for a loss on the scales on Thursday.

Hey everyone,

I'm not a new BTer, but I recently rejoined WW, and thought maybe you guys could give me some insight.  About 5 years ago I lost 75 pounds on WW.  The day I hit my goal weight I found out I was pregnant with my second son.  I lost most of the "baby weight" but still have about 20 to lose.  I've been back to WW for about 5 weeks now, and I'm up 1.2 pounds!!!  I am very frustrated.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to work working out in with the plan.  I've been on the Core plan, which has made me seem less hungry, for the last two weeks.  Before that I was using the flex plan with no good results.  I log EVERYTHING I eat online, and I'm still not losing.  Last week I logged 75 workout points.  I just don't know how many to eat, or what to do.

 Please help!

Hi Shannon,

Welcome!  75 workout points!  Wow!  A few questions --

Are you eating your 35 weekly allowance points or any of your activity points?

Are you drinking all your water?

Hi everyone!

well, I made it through the move (for the most part - still lots of unpacking and organizing to be done)

thanks for starting the new thread Laurie!

Hi all, this week has been really bad for me, I fell into the trap of comfort eating. For the first time in a long, long time I've been on my own in the house - well apart from the cat. I've totally felt sorry for myself and wanted to cheer myself up so it all went to pot. That said I actually lost 0.5lb at the weigh in so perhaps I wasn't too far off the goal. I've now been havering at this weight for about 4 weeks now and really need to get my butt in gear. That said I'm desperately trying to finish my dissertation - it should have been yesterday and I now have an extension. With all that and the imminent triathlon something had to give so I've done the sensible thing and pulled out of the triathlon. There will be other times and this piece of work is too important at the moment.
