Well, I stayed the same

I guess given the trending upwards of late, maintaining is  a good thing

After a week of maintaining, I dropped 2.6 at my WI on Friday.  Burning a ton of calories at my first Olympic tri last weekend helped with that I think (95 degrees + 90% humidity).  I didn't track or workout last week after the tri just to give myself a mental break.  Now I'm trying to make some decisions about my fall training so I don't go too far off track.

Great job maintaining, Beth!  With all that you have going on, that's a huge accomplishment.

Very slow thread this week - where is everyone?

Weight Tracking Summary

Your current weight :175.8 lbs
Weight change since your last recorded weight |-0.4 lbs
Total weight change to date |-47.2 lbs

Can't believe I actually lost .4 this week.  I think my body is catching up from so many weeks over the summer of little or no losses and plateauing.  Very happy with it!

I just wanted to pipe up and say hi....I used to be pretty active on BT, but a huge move for a relationship & grad school, grad school falling through, recent break-up, and a spinal fracture have kept me away. But I'm back and just started WW a week ago (counting points for two though). When I saw my highest ever adult weight a month or so ago, I freaked. Two weeks of counting points and I'm down almost ten pounds. My official WW start weight is 233.8 though. We'll see how my second official weigh-in goes this upcoming week!! My bathroom scale yesterday morning said I was down to 230.8 and down in body fat too! Yippee!

You folks rock!
