Also, aqua jogging and walking count as running time. For aqua jogging, I would like to use 10 minutes = 1 mile. Try to record you walking times and distances for them to count. Go Northeast! |

I would like to join a Northeast based team again, but I really don't have the time to help run things. I'll make sure to let you know if a team forms up. |

Sorry...first time I may miss my challenge goals (got the last 2). Behind on my bike miles and 2 swims behind. I know...no excuses, but here they are anyway: interviewing, VP presentations, car accident...yada, yada, yada...BUT, the Multisport Challenge helped me get my run miles in...important for the upcoming marathon. We still finished up great with 91.54% with two people who didn't log anything last week (mesteren and Pascullid) and on person who hasn't logged anything over the weekend (RafeOsha). Hopefully, they finished up their goals and will just have to write up their workouts. Great work everyone. This got me out on my bike and into the pool. I'm looking forward to next month.
