Subject: RE: Mark Verstegen's Core PerformanceI bought the book, and just started the program 'officially' yesterday (though I managed to make myself sore playing around with some of the exercises over the weekend ). I like it a lot, mostly because I've never been able to devise my own weight/core workouts and have them be effective.
Does anybody have any advice on the 'hand walk' though? I can't walk my hands out very far, and today when I tried my feet slipped out from under me and I fell flat on my face in the gym (stupid slippery floor ). How embarassing, but I suppose I'd better get used to it, I'll probably be falling off the physioball a lot in the coming weeks. But, seriously, how far do you guys walk your hands out? |
