Subject: RE: Need Helpjames, u r just in time. assuming u have not exercised at ALL in the past year, a running program is your first order of business. at www.beginnertriathlete.com, go to 'getting started', then 'starting from scratch'. there is a simple 3 or 6 month running program to get u going. During or after that, swimming is next. Very important as swimming takes a little longer (for me ) to build up in. Biking can come later on in the year. It's relatively easy to build up quick in biking once you have a good base in the run and swim. let me know what distance you plan to do. like u, i plan on getting back into it and doing some more tri's next year.
