Subject: NOVEMBER - 5X per Week USMC PT Challenge TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT Just a quick reminder of the rules of the challenge. The goal of the challenge is to get 5 workouts of at minimum 30 minutes. The workout does not have to be one straight exercise or done all at once. What this means is as long as you get 30 minutes of exercise in the day it will count for the point. For example, if you run for 15 minutes in the morning and lift wieghts in the evening for 25 minutes for a total of 40 minutes you have enough time to be counted. Each workout that is successfully completed is worth a point. The time periods that you have to complete your workouts and have them counted are Nov 8th, Nov 15th, Nov 22nd, and Nov 30th. I will try to get a spreadsheet up to log the points in. As a bonus you can get one extra point for any two time periods. What this means for you is there is a total of 22 points out of 20 points total. Yes there is a chance to get an extra 10%. The team that gets the most points wins the challenge.
