Hi Mark. Welcome back home!
You're gonna have a blast doing tri's. Good choice.
I've never pushed myself harder (mentally and physically) than out on the course.
Did 4 sprint tri's last summer, and just finished my first 1/2 IM last week. Doing IM Wisconsin next year. It's so addictive.
What races are you planning to do this summer?
Have fun training and we'll see you in the forums!
