BLTN (Better late than never) -- My sprint tri is in Oct and I was a slacker last month. (OK -- school started back up again and I was just slightly out of balance).
Here are my goals:
Bike: 540 mins (9 hours)
Run: 270 mins (4 1/2 hours)
Swim: 300 mins (5 mins)
Strength: 6 times
