I was looking for a weight training program to incorparate free weights and a pysioball.  I've just briefly looked at CF but it seems you have to go to the gym.  I have no way of going to a gym right now.  Does anyone have a website that shows a workout routine with pictures?

Here's a good resource for you:

Tri Power: The Ultimate Strength Training, Core Conditioning, Endurance, and Flexibility Program for Triathlon Success (Paperback)
by Paul Frediani (Author), William Smith (Author)

All of these workouts are done with basic home equipment.

Core Performance is a good one too. It's  good for functional strength, flexibility, and agility. I've enjoyed the variety and seen good success with it.

I second the Core Performance, by Mark Verstegen suggestion. Verstegen now has a book called Core Performance for the Endurance athlete that I would also stongly suggest. It is mostly freeweights, stability ball, bodyweight stuff. I absolutely LOVE it! The book will take you step by step with a wonderfully periodized workout plan that you can keep up throughout the entire year.
