Pre-race routine:

This was Bev's first race and Tyler raced as well. No pre race routine just trying to get everyone there on time was a challenge.
Event warmup:

Jogged in the parking lot a bit, some stretching right before the starting gun.

Went to hard out of the gate and felt like crap by the time I hit 1.5 miles
What would you do differently?:

Pace myself better

Warm down:

Went back to the course, found Bev and Tyler, re-ran the last portion of the race with them.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still need to drop around 10 more lbs.

Event comments:

This was my fastest 5K time to date so I cannot complain to much about my performance, especially since I have not ran as much as I would like to through the winter.
