Comments: Solid swim. What would you do differently?: Some more sprint work for the 4 weeks leading up to the race Transition 1
Comments: Pretty happy with transition. Felt good. Long run form the water Bike
Comments: Back strain from the week before the rest slowed me up. Had to perform Physio on the bike. What would you do differently?: Train harder Transition 2
Comments: A bit of a blur. But felt alright Run
Comments: Felt terrible for the first 5km, but then got a second wind. Had a much more solid second half of the run. Could have done better I was really happy with the time. What would you do differently?: New runners caused issues. Shoes got wet and uncomfortable Post race
