Up a couple of hours before the race and have a light breakfast of oatmeal, toast, coffee.

Good 1st race. I liked that I went out fast and finally reeled it back in near the middle.
What would you do differently?:

Probably try and be more consistent on my pace.

Just a lite jog before hand.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to do more sprints in training.

Event comments:

Should have stretched more afterwards and done an ice bath.

1st lap was 7:03 Yikes! Slow Down! 2nd lap was 7:18 Come on, slow down more! 3rd lap was 7;29 That's more like it..whew. 4th lap was 7:29 Hmm, consistent too..good job! 5th lap was 7:20 Oh yeah! I had some left! Great Run!
