Comments: After my performance with my knee the week before, I was primarily concerned with running pain free. I had a little tightness in the opposite knee but not anything like last week. What would you do differently?: I think for where I am I ran a good race and wouldn't change anything. Post race
Warm down: Ran/ walked to cool down and wait for the wife to come through the gate. She is getting faster all the time. What limited your ability to perform faster: Concerns over my knee. Last updated: 2005-01-04 12:00 AM

Oatmeal and some water, I think part of a banana.
Ran a little to warm up and then did some stretching. Drank water and hit the bathroom.
