Anyone out there doing Escape from Alcatraz that might want to join me for a practice swim at Aquatic Park this Friday morning?

I plan to get down there around 8:00a and hopefully swim for 30-45 minutes or so.

Went to aquatic park this afternoon with a friend and we swam 30 minutes.

Great day for an OWS. Sunny but a little windy. Water temp was cold, but not numbing cold.

Once we got moving, it felt fine. We didn't go to far out. Just along the first set of buoys. Swimming beyond that, I could feel currents.
