Subject: Add "BIcycles" to ABS section of strength??
I do these myself, as I keep reading how they are supposedly the best all-round abs exercise to do... I've been logging them as an "obliques"... can we add "Bicycles" to the list for ABS?

Just wondering...

Thanks!!!

are you referring to an exercise called 'bicycles'? or actual cycling?  (just for my own knowledge.)

The exercise called "bicycles" - you lie on your back, thighs up about 45deg, calves level to ground, arms under head. Alternate bringing right elbow / left knee, and left elbow / right knee together in a "bicycling" motion.

Supposed to be very good for obliques and general abs development.
