you know, I have some pretty good ones from 2 summers ago (seeing how I didn't race last summer) and they are too big. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make them smaller. My brother tells me to resize and save, but they still come in around 350kb. HELP!

Hey Ellen, what program are you useing to view your pictures? there should be a setting in there to adjust the pixle size down. that will make it a smaller size. also save it as a .jpg format. it is much smaller then .bmp. should be able to go to Save As... and then should give you some options for what format you want. Jack

I'm using Irfanview. It's a pretty cool program that my brother sent to me. You can DL it for free I think. Anyhow, I've shrunk the pics to the smallest pixel size and I still can't upload them

Hmmmm. what format are they? and is there a way to select the quality. in photoshop you can select the rez of the pic, and that helps lower the overall size. Hmmm I will try to find that program and dl it to see what it is. Jack

ok, I added three pictures. Took a while, but I was able to figure out how to resize them (still not sure what I did right).
