Anybody doing Cicero this weekend? This was my first Triathlon, this weekend will mark my third one, amazing how fast time goes by, still fill as slow as the first time.

The bike has several turns, but no real hills, the biggest hill is about 2 miles in, but you can use the down hill before it to keep a good speed going up, other than that it is flat and fast on good roads. The run go through a neighborhood it has some rolling hills but they are small, nothing bad, it's a very fast course.
